Diamantian Don Moyaida (ディアマンテ星人ドン・モヤイダ, Diamante Seijin Don Moyaida): A diamond-themed criminal from Planet Diamante who is charged with infanticide, vehicular manslaughter, and the theft of terrestrial resources. He was originally believed to have died following a car chase with Ban in his combat vehicle-themed Kaijuki, Scarabader (スカラベーダー, Sukarabēdā), but Don Moyaida resurfaces on Earth disguised as a human to use his primary drill vehicle–like Kaijuki, Fan Crusher (ファンクラッシャー, Fan Kurasshā), to harvest the planet's resources and produce space jewelry as well as give Agent Abrella information on the Deka Base's Anubisium, the material used in its walls' construction. Don Moyaida succeeds in the latter task before he is deleted by Deka Red, while the Fan Crusher is destroyed by Dekaranger Robo. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Bahrain (Arabic: الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير البحرين, romanized: al-Jabha ash-Shaʿbiyya li-Taḥrīr al-Baḥrayn) was an underground political party in Bahrain with origins in the Arab Nationalist Movement. Its members were inclined towards the leftist Marxist trend within the Arab Nationalist Movement. It was created after the Popular Front for the Liberation of Oman and the Arabian Gulf was reconstituted into two separate organizations as the Popular Front for the Liberation of Oman and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Bahrain. Several PFLB members participated in the 1963 to 1976 Dhofar Rebellion in Oman. In 2000, PFLB members established the National Democratic Action Society, the first officially licensed political organization in any of the Arab states of the Persian Gulf. The PFLB was replaced by the NDAS.
Both of these positions were abolished again by the 1988 coup d'etat in which the State Law and Order Restoration Council replaced them. The SLORC was abolished and the junta was reconstituted as the State Peace and Development Council in 1997. During the 1988–2011 period, no president was appointed and the chairman of the junta assumed the position of head of state. The 2008 Constitution introduced the presidential system, in which the "President" is both the head of state and the head of government. After he was elected as the president, he used both the titles "President-elect" and "Acting President" until he was officially sworn in as the "President".
=== Malaria === Malaria and vitamin A deficiency are both common among young children in sub-Saharan Africa. Vitamin A supplementation to children in regions where vitamin A deficiency is common has repeatedly been shown to reduce overall mortality rates, especially from measles and diarrhea. For malaria, clinical trial results are mixed, either showing that vitamin A treatment did not reduce the incidence of probable malarial fever, or else did not affect incidence, but did reduce slide-confirmed parasite density and reduced the number of fever episodes. The question was raised as to whether malaria causes vitamin A deficiency, or vitamin A deficiency contributes to the severity of malaria, or both. Researchers proposed several mechanisms by which malaria (and other infections) could contribute to vitamin A deficiency, including a fever-induced reduction in synthesis of retinal-binding protein (RBP) responsible for transporting retinol from liver to plasma and tissues, but reported finding no evidence for a transient depression or restoration of plasma RBP or retinol after a malarial infection was eliminated.
